(1) Temporary leave

Please follow the procedure below so that TUT can contact each student in case of emergency.

　１，Tell your academic supervisor.

　２， Go to the International Student section and fill in the form.

(2) Re-entry permission

You are not required to apply for a re-entry permit, if you have a valid passport and a Residence Card and will be re-entering Japan within one year of your departure to continue your activities (This is called a special re-entry permit).

In that case, about the re-entering Japan, there is no complicated procedures.

You are going to be asked at the airport, at the immigration, if you want to come back to Japan.

You probably fill in Re-entry ED card just before the immigration so there is a check box on the card then you check YES.
