When you move to Toyohashi city from another city, you need to resister your address in Toyohashi to the Toyohashi city hall.

Please bring your Residence Card and Passport when you go to the city hall.

(1) Notification of Moving-In

When you move to Toyohashi city from another city, you need to notify the city hall of your new address within 14 days of your moving in.

(2) Notification of Moving-Out

When you move out from Toyohashi city, you are required to notify the city hall of your moving out.

If you are going back to your home country or region and have no plan to come back to stay in Japan, or if you will be away from your residence for a certain period, you are required to notify the city hall of your moving out.

Notification of moving-out is the same form as the Moving-in.
