（1）一時出国

出国期間中も非常時に大学から連絡が取れるように、以下の手続きを行ってください。

　１，指導教員に連絡する。

　２，学生課 留学生係へ行き海外渡航届に記入する。

（2）再入国許可

留学生が一時帰国したり調査などで外国へ行くとき、有効なパスポート及び在留カードを所持する者については、出国の日から1年以内（または在留期間満了の日までの期間）に再入国する場合に限り、再入国許可手続きは不要です。（この制度を「みなし再入国許可」といいます。）

みなし再入国許可により出国しようとする場合は、有効な旅券（中長期在留者の方は旅券及び在留カード）を所持し、出国時に入国審査官に対して、みなし再入国許可による出国を希望する旨の意図を表明する必要（再入国ＥＤカードに記入）があります。

(1) Temporary leave

Please follow the procedure below so that TUT can contact each student in case of emergency.

　１，Tell your academic supervisor.

　２， Go to the International Student section and fill in the form.

(2) Re-entry permission

You are not required to apply for a re-entry permit, if you have a valid passport and a Residence Card and will be re-entering Japan within one year of your departure to continue your activities (This is called a special re-entry permit).

In that case, about the re-entering Japan, there is no complicated procedures.

You are going to be asked at the airport, at the immigration, if you want to come back to Japan.

You probably fill in Re-entry ED card just before the immigration so there is a check box on the card then you check YES.
