My research interests lie in color vision, color science, and vision in natural environments. The current research topics cover the influence of lighting to object appearance, the perception of images, materials, and skin, adaptation to visual environments, and color vision deficiency. You can study various visual properties based on psychological experiments in my lab. My colleagues in the Department of Imaging Sciences are the experts in information science, image science, and color sciences, and we closely collaborate. I hope you will learn a wide range of imaging science fields based on engineering and human sciences.
